De villa zelf is afgebakend dus je zit echt in je eigen oase en ziet niemand, heerlijk!

Om de villa heen zijn er veel dieren als honden en kippen, bereid je voor dat om 5 uur s’ochtend de haan al staat de kraaien. Hoewel toen we dit aankaarte aan de host had ze gelijk oordopjes geregeld voor ons wat echt een top service was!

Nothing to fault! The villa was extremely clean and well thought it. Very large, perfect for a couple/two couples or a family. Perfect location and quiet surrounds. Will definitely be coming back to stay here again! Shout out to fenny for her amazing hospitality and being a message away to help us with anything and giving great recommendations.

The villa is stunning, better than the photos. Pool was a perfect temperature all day. Beds were huge and comfortable. Our host was very attentive and always available when issues arose.

Unfortunately we had a few issues during our stay: - the water dispenser in the kitchen was not working, so our host provided a used and unsealed (1 gallon?) bottle of water with a battery operated pump. We are not sure where that water came from or whether it was something else, but we both got sick on day two. - one of the sun beds was collapsed in the middle and very uncomfortable to sit on - we lost water pressure and hot water several times during our stay. Our host did his best to rectify the issue but the water pressure issue persisted resulting in the shower being almost unusable for the second half of our stay. This was not ideal with us both being unwell - there was a rooster next door that crowed day and night and impacted our sleep, even with earplugs - signs posted around the villa and on all websites the villa is advertised state daily housekeeping. Nobody came to clean the villa until day 3. When I queried this, I was told that housekeeping is every second day. Nobody cleaned the pool during our 6 day stay

I have to admit that I did not stay at the hotel myself as I booked it for my husband and son. However, I am very comfortable to fill in this questionnaire on their behalf as they just raved about the villa. They were so excited and happy there. They sent me a video and it looked very beautiful, in fact, next time on Bali I will be sure to stay here myself! And for those who would care about this (not me): my husband watched an important basketball game in the US live on tv there, so they must have all types of channels and streaming services.
