GBshocking check in process. no keys. no advice about wifi or general facilities.
False advertising. This Villa is NOT as the photos. It is overlooked by neighbours (no open field). If you want a private villa this is not for you. The PS5 is just for show. The pool was never cleaned and had caterpillars and insects. A health hazard. Electricity went out with no back up generator or even any candles. No AC. Villa was INSECURE with no keys to lock the villa. Your personal possessions and loved ones will endure the anxiety of having an OPEN villa.

USThe whole place was comfortable and the bedrooms were large with very comfortable furniture. The bathrooms were enclosed in A/C which is not common in Bali, but very appreciated! The family who lived on property (the house is located at the rear of their property) was incredibly friendly and welcoming. There were a few warungs and nicer restaurants within a 10-15 walk, along with laundry facilities steps from the home (but there is a washing machine on premises, as well).
There were a few issues when we arrived that needed attention (some things needed a second cleaning and ants were plentiful on the pool deck & toilet room) but with a quick note to the property manager were fixed right away. The home is also NOT close to the main part of Ubud. If we didn’t have a driver who knew the area very well, it would have been a terrible location. Also, remember you’re in the jungle and there are animals that live there too — we had either a monkey or cat that jumped on & ran across the roof every morning around 3:30am & the local roosters helped us get up every in morning at 6:00am, as well. Very helpful for early morning trips, but not great if you’re a light sleeper and were hoping to sleep in (me). There is also a home being built right next door & while the noise was very minimal, the beautiful views pictured the photos was totally blocked.
GBWhat a treasure! The view is breathtaking! The villa is modern and clean. The place was an architectural masterpiece, for a vacation. We really enjoyed staying in this very special villa. The villa is beautiful and comfortable. The villa itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen is so well equipped that we were able to cook some gourmet meals. We recommend it to everyone!

AUThe property was really nice and cozy. Interior of the villa was nice and gave vacay vibes. My favourite part was that the hosts and everyone that worked there was so kind and welcoming. They were very accommodating and quick to reply whenever something happened.

IDVilla is clean, tidy and fairly new. hot water works, kitchen works perfectly. love the Sensatia amenities. spacious and nicely decorated. The ibu that received us is kind and smiles all the time.
No privacy because the villa is overlooking a paddy field in which there's a small construction site with at least 5 construction people living in and the fence are quite low. I understand you want to preserve the paddy field view but it's also quite uncomfortable when we are having a dip in the pool and people are looking in. No designated parking space, we park on the side of the street. Initially we almost lost because apparently the name of the Villa is Villa Madu not Rumah Villa, however the staff is very responsive when we call and ask for direction. The electricity and MCB keeps going down when we have all the AC on plus the hair dryer. we gave up and finally turning off all of the AC, finishes the hair drying process then turn AC back on.

CHTasteful and comfortable new villa set back from the Main Street. Swimming pool, separate living room, washing machine and loads of space for a family of 4. The local host who lives in the house you walk through to get to the villa was super sweet and helpful and it was nice to also get to know the family a little (not necessary if you prefer privacy but we loved to talk to them and learn about their culture and the upcoming festival traditions). It was nice to be in the peaceful countryside with a view of paddy fields rather than in busy ubud and once you figure out Gojek, it’s very quick and cheap to get in and out of town so for us the perfect balance.
Very little! Only thing I can think of was that it was a little tricky to find on arrival as Rumah not written anywhere but just look out for Villa Madu which is easy to find (and you walk through it to get to Rumah).
