concept in the idea very well but mismaintained ttes does not correspond to the photo, finishes with molds

I used the room downstairs, the water of the pool flooded my room and my clothes with the window closed the kitchen tap was searching I was charging my phone I thought I was going to electrocute the toilet dirty bowl etc

This was a horrible stay. The only thing we enjoyed was leaving immediately.

Everything. It was sweltering hot in the common area, dirty and unhygienic and the staff were unhelpful and rude. We arrived to dead bugs in the bedroom, blood stained pillows and grim filthy dirt everywhere. We were incredibly disappointed as this looked nothing like the photos. The app won’t let us add photos, but it was disgustingly - do not stay here.

Good location, nice pool

The bathrooms smelt like mould, there was mould on my blinds, water would come through the windows when raining, no hot water at all, my aircon broke and they didn’t come to fix it.

This property presents several significant drawbacks. The lack of on-site parking is a major inconvenience. Furthermore, the rooms are exceedingly small, even for a living area, and the property is not conducive to families with children. Based on these factors, I cannot recommend this villa for family stays

Whole experience was poor. There was nothing to like

There were two couples they didn’t have seating to accomodate us all at the table or lounge area,only 3 seats. There was only 2 glasses for the four of us to use. The plunge pool was impossible to get out of the steps were so high starting at hip height the hosts couldn’t help with a plastic crate to stand on so we resorted to using an upturned bin. The linen was soiled and not nice we requested extra towels and were told we couldn’t have them. The bathroom smelled like a sewer and the hand held shower head barely sprayed any water and rarely any hot water, lucky the weather was hot and a cold shower was ok. What I thought would be nice, the money we paid we were certainly taken advantage of. Don’t book unless it’s your last resort and your desperate.

The best part of our stay was leaving!

I travel frequently for both personal and professional reasons, and my recent stay at this establishment was nothing short of a nightmare. The conditions were appalling: there was rubbish in the pool, debris under the furniture, and sheets that were ripped and dirty. To make matters worse, there were rat droppings everywhere and we found bones that the rats must of brought in because we didnt eat there. We felt so uncomfortable that we had to clean one bedroom ourselves just to feel safe enough to sleep. This experience was utterly unacceptable, and I will never recommend or stay here again. I would also like to know if Booking.com can offer any refunds for this traumatic experience.
