The staff is very nice and welcoming. The villa is cute. The bed is confortable.

The accomadation did not match our standards of cleaning. The water was cut twice during our stay (one night) so it was deceptive not to be able to have a shower when we needed. We found a cockroach in the room, we are not sure about the cleaning. Value for money was very weak. It looked better on the pictures and we think the price does not reflect the reality of this room.

staff is cool pool is ok AC probably the best one I've had in Bali Good bed Staff change towels and linen and clean the room every day.

seems like a takeover of an old villa which has been refurbished recently. Though some things (as other guests have written) are pretty worn out. They use a lot of naphtalene in the bathroom. The smell is really strong. The bathtub was clogged, after 10 seconds it would be filled up with dirty water. Couldn't get fixed. No hot water. It's located in a really tiny alley, sort of inside a maze, to get to the main street takes a while. The kitchen area was a mess. The fridge was really nasty. Same as the stove. It's overpriced by at least 100k per night.

The property itself is lovely and the bed is very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helped us with getting a moped.

The water in our room stank of metal and egg. It was very bad and made us not want to use the bathroom. The bathroom wasn’t dirty but it’s not clean. The shower plug didn’t drain resulting in the bath filling up whilst you’re washing and there was no hot water at all. The bedding was clean but had stains on it and the room had a slightly weird smell. Didn’t ruin the stay but needs fixing.

the porter was very helpful, he couldn't do enough to make my stay comfortable

there was no fridge or kettle in the room. the kitchen provided the fridge was dirty, it needed cleaning badly. the gas stove did not work. The kitchen needed a good clean. plus it was a good walk to the main streets to shop.

The pool is awesome! the room is very clean, bathtub amazing and the staff really warmly welcoming :)
