"Very good"

Very convenient for the train station and access to Perugia historic centre via mini metro. Apartment spotlessly clean and bed comfortable. Pleasant building with enclosed garden.

Check-in was a little confused due to issue with Booking. com process but otherwise no problems

"Superb"

Excellent location, was 1 minute from train station. Was more than we expected, Is like a small apartment with sitting room and kitchen with frig, stove top, microwave and coffee maker. Has comfortable bed.

Excellent customer service ! Quick response with friendly message,Valentina provides nice introduction with facility and local area. Nice big rooms, full equipped kitchen, quiet house , 5 minutes walk to local supermarket, 3 minutes walk to railway station, 5 minutes walk to mini-Metro . Definitely , we would stay in this beautiful place next time. Thank you so much, Valentina for your service and hospitality !

Unfortunately we were short time in this beautiful city ….
