It was very convenient for walking around the old town of Matera, indeed one of the recommended walks started 100m away. Matera is a beautiful town and worth a visit

The mattress seemed to have a missing spring or two. We thought the booking said free parking, but it wasn't - apparently there was a local festival on at the time, which we didn't realise. This same festival also kept us awake - the noise of motorbikes/scooters roaring past and people shouting until close to 2am. We had hoped to do a second walk to the caves on the other side of the gorge the next morning before breakfast, but with only a couple of hours sleep, we couldn't face it.

Need better mattress and pillows. The light comes into the room from the front desk when people arrive.

Great view from the balcony, amazing jacuzzi, comfortable bed and a nice fresh breakfast served in the room. It is centrally located, 5 min walk and there is the main street full of events and nice traditional food.

Struttura consigliatissima. Il proprietario, Pasquale, di una gentilezza unica. Camera pulitissima, e con tutti i comfort. Centralissima, a pochi passi da una delle strade principali di Matera dove ci sono ristoranti, locali e negozi. Che dire, PERFETTA! Ci ritornerò sicuramente

This place is well suited for couples who wants value for the money.

Very clean, comfortable B&B close to the Sassi in Matera. If you arrive by train, the B&B is within walking distance of the station (circa 10 minutes walk). My room was large and nice,y furnished. The hosts brought a small breakfast tray with croissant, cappuccino, fruit juice and toast to my room each morning. The management was very helpful letting me drop my bag at reception, early and before normal check in. Towels were fluffy and there was plenty of hot water.
