Late arriving was a hassle, they didn’t had my key, I could not call because I am a foreigner, the receptionist was not aware that I arrived and she tried to open my door next day while I was sleeping

Städarna kastade gamla sopor på alla våra kläder och har blött ner allt vi hade med oss med någonting som luktar fruktansvärd. Väldigt dåligt bemöttade av personal också.

Personalen var väldigt otrevliga, sprang in i vårat rum på morgonen

The room was dirty. There were insects in the room. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower was broken and dirty as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast, with multiple options and alternatives for people who are lactose/gluten-intolerant. Good location, 15 minutes walking from the city-centre and lots of public transport.

The cleanliness really didn't reach our expectations. We stayed 5 nights, so a clean and change of towels halfway would have been nice. We found an uncapped injection needle stuck in our curtain, meaning there was no inspections done and it is unacceptable to find this in a hostel/hotel.

The building was attractive and had a homely feel. My room was large and the bed was comfortable. Reasonably short walk from thew city centre.

The shower rooms had shower hoses which leaked and the water pressure/flow was poor. On my second morning my clothes got all wet because of this. I had not realized that water was flowing in to the area outside the shower curtain where I had piled them.
