Très bon emplacement pour visiter Matera.

La wifi ne fonctionnait pas, voisinage à l'étage est très bruyant. Pas très aimable le personnel du café pour prendre le petit déjeuner...

"Great for couples wanting to explore Matera"

Very good location, conveniently located close to old town. The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would recommend it for anyone with or without a car wanting to be close to the historic part of Matera.

No flatiron, that’s about it.

"Doporučení jak bydlení tak místa a Matera je okouzlující"

Milý majitel, místo velmi blízko historického centra, uklizeno, moderní vybavení, ochotne nam nechal dát věci do bytu dříve než byl check in což bylo velmi pohodlné neboť jsme nemuseli nosit batohy po památkách.

"Stylisches Zimmer mit Parkplatz fußläufig zu den Sassi di Matera"

Das moderne Zimmer liegt 200m von dem nächsten Sassi-Zugang entfernt, ca. 300m bis zum Hauptplatz der Altstadt - alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer verfügt über elektrische Rolläden zur Verdunkelung sowie Moskitonetze, sehr praktisch! Safe und kleiner Kühlschrank sind vorhanden. Die Dusche ist sehr groß und bietet unterschiedliche Einstellungen mit Licht und Radio. Wir hatten einen abgesperrten Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus (vorab reserviert). Das inbegriffene italienische Frühstück wird in einem nahegelegenen Café serviert und besteht aus einem Teilchen nach Wahl (in unserem Fall ein gefülltes Cornetto - äußerst lecker!) sowie einem Heißgetränk (bei uns Cappuccino).

Das Wohnhaus, in dem sich die Zimmer befinden, liegt an einer verkehrsreichen Strasse. Obwohl wir das Zimmer nach hinten raus hatten, war es recht laut. Sollte man wissen: es gibt keinen Aufzug, das Gepäck muss in den 2. Stock getragen werden. Der Eigentümer Biago war sehr nett, spricht aber nur wenig englisch.
