"Central location, very basic, unloved apartment"

The location was very central

The property is very tired, basic and outdated. Multiple things are broken. Whilst the bedding, basin and toilet were clean the rest of the apartment wasn’t, there was a layer of dust on everything.

Struttura troppo vecchia, e me sembra senza manutenzione da anni. Bagno piccolissimo. Non c’era luce in soggiorno; ho mandato un messaggio al proprietario ma non ho avuto risposta.

La posizione (centro raggiungibile a piedi ma volendo dispone della metro vicina)

Struttura un pò datata Servirebbe una ripulita di fino (biancheria usurata, tende doccia da rivedere, tappeto cuscini e divano rovinati dal tempo)

"Große Enttäuschung – mangelnde Hygiene und versteckte Kosten"

Ich kann diese Unterkunft leider absolut nicht empfehlen. Die Wohnung war bei der Ankunft extrem schmutzig; der absolute Tiefpunkt war ein Büschel Schamhaare im Abfluss der Dusche. Zudem war die Einrichtung teilweise kaputt und ungepflegt. Ein weiteres Ärgernis: Es wird mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen geworben, tatsächlich sind diese jedoch kostenpflichtig. Hier wird man bewusst in die Irre geführt.
