Todo: las instalaciones, la limpieza diaria de la habitación, las comodidades, la atención del personal, la ubicación (cerca de restaurantes, estación de autobuses, lavandería, supermercado, etc.). Nos ha sorprendido positivamente.

Que no hayamos podido disfrutar de la piscina, nos han comunicado que había un problema con un tubo pero en 8 días no se ha podido solucionar. Nos ha decepcionado sobretodo porque la piscina era uno de los puntos por el que habíamos escogido el hotel, en pleno verano tener piscina en esa ubicación, va genial.

This is a perfect little hotel to stay for a night or two.

There is enough space in the room to open your luggage and the air conditioning is in the best place to use it in the room.

Customer service was excellent !!! All the staff was warm, friendly and extremely helpful with anything we asked. They were like family before we left. The Hotel is close to the ferry (Monofredi )(25 mins) and train station is in walking distance. Local nearby restaurants suited our needs. The hotel also arranged taxis for our stay. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone ! Newly constructed, modern feel. Warm family like staff ! We will be back . Ciao Ciao !

Restaurants nearby do close between 2-8. That's something to manage. As an American rooms are small but so are most hotel rooms in Europe. Very clean and well kept.
