"Beautiful stay with a few hiccups"

modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bedrooms are cool and comfortable with great air-conditioning, the showers are large with retractable hoses, and the pool area is gorgeous with comfy loungers perfect for relaxing.

The hostess was a let down. Poor communication/service from her. No reception area to go to for help. The water was out one morning causing a lot of frustration for us, internet would drop in and out

This was perfect for my wife and I to get away from all the distractions of our lives to relax and recharge. Away from the crowds to the north of Bali. Quiet, peaceful Cotteges with little to no noise or sound of traffic or neighbors nearby. The staff were always mindful and polite, when asking to service the space while we were not around. Access to creature comforts from staff recommendations were great. We are looking forward to going back in the future.

Everything ! We are really happy for the choice, everybody very welcoming. We tried the takeaway to room service and was both time very good

Just the towels where a bit stained but clean.
