The pool was nice and bed was comfy.

While it might be considered good value for money, it was so poorly run by poorly trained staff. It was very dirty and half the appliances and power points didn't work. Neither did the fridge freezer. If you had a shower the water would run under the glass door flooding the bathroom and going out into the bedroom. There was holes in the floor. No towels flannels or tea towels to wipe the dishes.

The host was lovely and the villa was nice and spacious.

Could definitely do with better maintenance and cleaning. It was quite dirty and there was cobwebs and dust everywhere, even on the kettle and bed frames. There was no gas for the hobs in the kitchen and we had to wait an hour until they got gas for us so we could cook. It’s quite out of the way with no shops or restaurants around. There’s not enough seats at the pool and one of them was broken. There was a lot of insects and lizards inside the Villa but that probably can’t be helped due to the jungle around us.

My recent stay at Sukanami Villa was unfortunately below expectations, especially given the price we paid. We encountered several issues that impacted our experience: 1. Inadequate amenities: Despite booking for the correct number of guests, we received only one bath towel per room. Soap was also missing from the restroom, which was an unexpected inconvenience. 2. Communal pool area: The poolside experience was disappointing due to the limited availability of beach chairs. Out of three, one was broken, leaving few options for relaxation. 3. Shower experience: The water pressure in the shower was extremely low, resulting in an unsatisfactory bathing experience. 4. Cleanliness concerns: The lack of thorough cleaning, particularly under the bed, was noticeable and did not meet the expected standard. 5. Unresponsive staff: Despite bringing these issues to their attention, the staff failed to take any action, which added to our frustration. Regrettably, other guests we spoke with had similar experiences. I hope this feedback prompts improvements for a better guest experience in the future.

Absolutely beautiful villa. Comfortable bed with nice bedding. I loved the outdoor shower and the private courtyard. The pool was refreshing and the staff were kind and helpful. I actually tried to cancel my next booking to stay longer, but it was too late to do so. If you want a quiet, beautiful villa outside of downtown Ubud, book this. Mrs Wayan is so nice.

I loved everything about it.
