Gopala Villa North Ubud by Aligna Hospitality

La villa se situe à 2 pas magnifiques balades dans les rizières. Il y a une vie de quartier très sympa, avec tout ce qui faut à proximité. Piscine propre et entretenue. Le ménage était fait tous les 2 jours. L’hôte, Kadek, habite juste à côté, est adorable et aux petits soins. Nous avons passé 11 fabuleux jours !

Le seul point noir c’est le bruit de quartier qui démarre tôt le matin… mais on s’y habitue vite !

Very nois, especially in the morning. Location far from the center of ubud. No supermarket near the villa. Dirty rooms.

Property was functional. As we booked three rooms we had the place to ourselves, which is good as it would have been a bit too cosy to share. The Balinese breakfasts provided were nice.

It was clean but definitely not spotless. Also quite small. TV was very small and didn’t seem to be tuned in, although this wasn’t a problem for us. There are no staff on site but the owner lives next door. Apart from that, the property did what it said but was definitely not a 9+ quality - more 7ish. It was also priced more in line with some of the resort hotels but was definitely not in this league. Location is not the best, quite a way out of Ubud and in a very local feeling neighbourhood, walking round back alleys to get there from the main road. However, walking the other way towards the temple at the end of the road, there is a nice path cutting across rice paddies that is more the Ubud scene we imagined.

Great combination of quality vs money spent. The location is perfect: enough distance from the city centre to avoid much noise but preaty close to all attractions. Each of 3 bedrooms has it's our bathroom with shower and toilet. The pool saved us in hot days. Interior is nice, facilities are comfortable.

Everything was not cleaned enough as well as in Indonesia in general. Lizards are everywhere but they are harmless. Wifi connection changed in defferent spots inside the villa.

The villa matched what was shown in the pictures.

The swimming pool was very small. But that is okay, we still had fun in it.

Villa was up to the mark, all rooms was very neat and clean on arrival

Staff dint not come to clean rooms and kitchen every day.
