Gentilezza staff e struttura

La colazione da migliorare, per 2 giorni su 4 non ho capito perché non davano la cioccolata con il pancake visto che era da menu, e la bimba purtroppo solo pancake non lo ha mangiato. A saperlo avremmo optato per altro. Tovaglioli assenti

La struttura era molto bella esteticamente.

La struttura era sporca, poco luminosa, c’erano molte formiche, qualche insetto nel letto. Abbiamo trovato escrementi di uccelli sul contenitore dell’acqua e una formica cotta nell’uovo incluso nella colazione.

"It’s like normal house as usual. No outside view, suitable for who wants privacy and not regular outgoing."

"Quiet, private, value for money"

The property and the stay was excellent. We enjoyed the privacy and staff was just a shout away if we needed anything.

The only negative is the accessibility from the road. If you do not have a 2 wheeler, you need to walk for almost 800meters. But we enjoyed the walking in the evening and staff was helpful to drop us to the main road.

Beautiful villa...very quiet location...lovely private pool...Friendly staff

Accessability to the villa. They have to come fetch you with a buggy at a car park up the road...quite a distance to walk, especially with luggage. They were very friendly and assisting where they could to make the travelling up and down as smooth as possible. On the morning of our arrival at 03h30...we waited in the very dark car park for nearly 20 min before they arrived with the buggy...was a bit scary...Breakfast can be improved..very basic options, with some items not available.

A gorgeous, quiet, peaceful retreat with the most beautiful pool area surrounded by greenery. Comfortable, clean and magical. While it is a little walk from the car park to the property, the staff assisted with luggage and were very friendly and helpful! This property really is a little hidden secret garden villa. Beautiful!!
