Good location, good value for money.

It's very loud, you can hear the neighbors very well through the balcony. The neighbors were noisy until three in the morning and then from seven in the morning. You can hear every passing bike, every passing car, and they constantly woke us up.

The villa has everything you need, incl. dinnerware, cutlery, etc. Two toilets: on the first and second floors Friendly staff

The pool is absolutely useless, it is like a small hole in the ground, the water is almost always hot during the day Furniture condition rate *4-, There is a huge construction (i think it will be shopping center) near the villa, although it did not cause any noise but it was a bit unpleasant to walk through it
