"Location is good, have stayed twice but will never stay again."

Location is good, large living room, filtered water & clean pool.

Apartment was dirty, paint peeling off the walls, toilet leaked for the whole stay with no resolution, shower water was lukewarm (never hot), all the cups/glasses were dirty, internet was bad connectivity, water stopped working upstairs for 1/2 a day.
