The Ridge Bali

We stayed at The Ridge Bali for two nights in Ubud and everything was absolutely perfect. We truly loved every single aspect of our stay. From the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. The driver arranged by the hotel was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. He picked us up from the airport, later took us to another city in Bali, and also provided us with a fantastic tour. His service made our trip even more special. The hotel itself is outstanding. The reception service was spectacular, always professional, warm, and attentive. They were fully available 24 hours a day and very easy to contact via WhatsApp, which made everything extremely convenient. Our room was excellent: beautifully designed, very comfortable, and with stunning views. The facilities are very new, modern, and impeccably clean. We also enjoyed the in-room massage service, which was absolutely amazing. The two therapists who came to our room were outstanding — truly one of the best massage experiences we’ve had. Finally, the views from the breakfast area and the pool are breathtaking, and the breakfast service itself was extraordinary. High-quality food, great service, and an unforgettable atmosphere.
