The ambience and location were excellent. The lobby was very well designed. The room had high ceilings and was very presentable. The kitchenette was a very nice touch and the fact that the room had a microwave oven was a huge plus. The refrigerator worked very well unlike many hotels I've stayed. The TV was very modern and a good size. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I also noticed the hotel worked on some of the negative reviews e.g. TV doesn't go off when light goes off as mentioned by another reviewer. The AC was strong and they gave me two key cards so even when I stepped out, the room was always cool.

Not a lot of variety for breakfast. No pancakes, waffles, limited fruit variety etc. Lots of carbs with very little protein options. First night I ordered from the kitchen, the meat had gone bad and they had to replace it. Some of the receptionists are not responsive and I had to call multiple times to get them to attend to some requests. The biggest letdown for me was the gym. I would expect the gym to open before breakfast or by at least 6am. The website also indicates the gym is open 24/7, but this is not true. Apart from the treadmills, the other equipment were quite poorly fabricated (specifically the weights section). Bench press looked locally fabricated with rough edges that can cut you. No safety bars. For the rooms, please put a fresh sponge for each new guest. The sponge looked overused and I had to request for a new one. The area got quite noisy at times (better sound proofing can help) and like someone else mentioned, there were a lot of non-guests loitering. On a few occasions, people wanted to tailgate which can pose a safety risk.

Secure, comfortable bed.

Staff were asleep when I went to checkout at 3am. Had to wake them up.

The reception area is good, breakfast was good, room facilities are poor , broken door handles, shower doors not firm , flooding all over bathroom experienced

It was very clean and well decorated

The breakfast aspect, it does not make sense when you book and pay for a room for two people but when you go down for breakfast they tell you that you have only paid for one person. That just doesn’t make sense at all!! This needs to be highlighted properly when booking.

Everything. From the location to the finishing to the ambience. The rooftop bar and pool were exceptional.

Their complimentary breakfast was quite average
