Great location, world-class facilities, courteous staff

Booking was not inclusive of complementary breakfast. I thought it should be automatic complementary breakfast for hotel like this.

Air-conditioning was okay. Hygiene standard was fine. Room cleaned well. Had moved rooms twice because of issues with each room. The rooms are not sound proof so area was very noisy at times and distracting. Each time someone opens thier door it closes with a loud bang. Could hear their staff speaking in hallways and others - no peace and quiet.
