Il Grun è immerso nella natura dove si ci trova perfettamente in linea con l'idea di pacatezza e pace, tutto molto contestualizzato a questo concetto. Il servizio di richieste via messaggio è rapidissimo e ti informano su tutto quello che puoi fare e non fare all'interno della struttura, compreso di trasporti e servizio in camera. Lo YOGA compreso nella quotazione è stupendo alle 7.30' del mattino con solo i suoni della natura. Personale molto gentile.

Sono Lenti sotto alcuni aspetti, non si puo applicare un master Bill, quindi bisogna sempre star in giuro con carte oppure contanti per pagare ogni cosa all'istante, ti fanno fare un deposito di 22 dollari che finisce gia con una coca cola radio per cui stai sempre a farti rincorrere per saldare tutto. Eravamo in diverse camere ed essendo un viaggio di lavoro dividere ogni pasto per persona, camera, finita e poi farlo capire a loro dopo 8 giorni è stato estenuante. Sbagliano i conti, ci hanno fatto pagare piu volte dei massaggi gia saldati e dopo averlo spiegato 8 volte continuavano a chiedere soldi. Sono molto gentili ma un pochino lenti dal punto di vista gestionale quindi tutto ritassante, tranne quando si stratta di pagare un bicchiere d'acqua per il quale ti rincorrono come fosse un trafficante e ti mandano messaggi dove ti ricordano di pagare 66 volte al giorno.

everything was amazing! the free yoga classes, the facilities in the hotel such as the ice plunge and sauna are all exceptional! And the staff were all very welcoming and friendly too! a special shout out to Hamdi for his warm hospitality as well🧡

the breakfast can be better compared to the other resorts in Bali, but it’s still at a good level!
