Clean and new!

The rooms look very nice and come equipped with kettle and tea cups. Large bathroom.

Loud sliding door. You can easily hear the people in the rooms beside you, above and outside as though they are inside. The pool is close by and kids were playing in it till late hours. Would not stay again for that it was noisy. The rooms were small and the bedframe jutted and had pointy corners which is easy to bang into accidently.

It was very beautiful and well thought out. I loved that there were animals on the compound, they were all so cute. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful at all times. Just a very good atmosphere overall

There is no extractor fan in the bathroom and there are no windows in the bedroom, so you can only have the aircon to ventilate the room. This is bad because either way mould forms on the bathroom ceiling and also the aircon was not kind on my sinuses and air ways. I was coughing and sneezing every single night but I had no choice to keep it on because it gets way too humid without fresh air circulation. This was incredibly uncomfortable for me.

It's a little far out, and really not an easy walk to the shops outside or the centre of Ubud. if you're not using a scooter, getting a car to go out and back to the hotel can be a little troublesome.

Location was excellent, rooms very clean and friendly staff. We really appreciated the clean comfortable room and the staff so willing to assist if you asked for anything. Great to have a pool with the kids. By far an excpetional location close to Cafe Vespa, Coffee Shop, Yoga, and corner shops. Very safe and welcoming locals in quiet and beautiful Panestanan.

A few more things in the room - lamps by the bed, more hooks or places in the bathroom for personal items. The room in the corner that we had was a great size but very close to the room next door but not as sound proof as it could be.

The location is extremely remote. In case you need medicine or medical emergency there is nothing nearby. Also it doesn't detect in grab or gojek.
