Villa Giyor

The property is well kept and modern! The bed and pool was the best part. The bed fit our 4 year old as well as my partner and I, with enough room for comfort. The pool was the best part! Spacious and cool after a long day!

Absolutely nothing wrong! It is very close to shops and places to eat! Situated further from the busy roads!

Bed was comfortable. We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival. There was filtered cold water available.

We stayed in Wayan and found the facilities to be disappointing. The outdoor area was old and not inviting, the door was often jammed and the room had a strong air freshener smell that I personally felt was off putting. The bathroom was odd design with hot water only in the bathtub and cold water on the outdoor shower. The villa is also down a long and narrow street which was sometimes difficult to navigate with taxis and a bit further out of town than convenient.

Great pool (we booked the smaller villa thats not shown much on photos) great air conditioning, no food services but that’s okay because the location was just a minutes walk from food places. An upstairs bit on the outside to lounge in the sun and get a tan!

Only minor thing was that the cold water filter wasn’t working at first (eventually it worked) and that the filter is completely outside of our villa.

Une immense déception. La note sur Booking ne reflète absolument pas la réalité. Nous avons dû quitter la villa à peine 30 minutes après notre arrivée tellement l'état de saleté et d'insalubrité était flagrant. La villa est beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos. La piscine est sale et non entretenue, le sol n'était pas lavé. La cuisine extérieure est rouillée et si sale que nous n'aurions même pas osé utiliser la vaisselle pour boire un café. Les sanitaires étaient impraticables : une odeur insoutenable d'urine et de remontées d'égouts, et une baignoire tachée et rouillée. Ce qui nous a définitivement fait fuir : d'énormes cafards visibles en plein jour. Nous n'avons pas voulu imaginer ce que donnerait l'obscurité. Le propriétaire était absent (gestion déléguée à un cousin). Après avoir d'abord nié le problème par message, il a immédiatement accepté un remboursement intégral sans faire d'histoires lorsque nous lui avons envoyé les photos des cafards et de la vétusté. C'est le seul point correct de notre séjour, mais l'établissement reste totalement insalubre en l'état. À éviter absolument.

Il faut juste prévoir des scooters pour se déplacer
