"Gute Unterkunft direkt neben der Kathedrale"

Geräumiges Zimmer (Nummer 1) mit kleiner Aussicht nach Norden aufs Meer und Balkon nach Westen. Neues und sauberes Bad. Tisch mit 4 Stühlen. Sehr effiziente Klimatisation im Zimmer, ebenso Handtuchtrockner im Bad. Gute und rasche Kommunikation im Vorfeld. In der Vorsaison günstige Preise, was natürlich manche Defizite wettmacht

Das Bett ist etwas weich mit beginnender Delle in der Mitte. Ausstattung eher karg. Unpraktische Details: bei offener Küchenabdeckung ist die Steckdose für den Wasserkocher nicht mehr zugänglich. Für Personen, die nicht mehr sehr gut zu Fuß sind, ungeeignet: sehr steile Treppen bis in den obersten Stock. Sehr limitiertes Frühstück in einer Bar 5' von der Unterkunft. Insgesamt herrscht der Eindruck vor, dass das B&B mehr als Einnahmequelle dient und relativ wenig Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft ausstrahlt.

Posizione ottima per girare la città a piedi

La temperatura esterna era fredda e la camera è riscaldabile solo inserendo la scheda, quindi uscendo e togliendo la scheda l’impianto di riscaldamento non è in funzione

Posizione centralissima, pulizia impeccabile, puntualità e gentilezza. Abbiamo soggiornato più volte presso questa struttura e più volte abbiamo avuto un upgrade della camera totalmente gratuito. Ci siamo sentiti sempre a nostro agio. Ormai è diventato il nostro punto di ritrovo per i weekend in città.
