Residenza Ester

バス停からかなり歩く坂道の上のホテル。フロントもスタッフも不在。寝るだけなら構わないがせっかくの風情が台無し。場所も分かりづらい。

Adrian set us up nicely and assisted with our baggage. He was very friendly and helpful. The village was beautiful and location was great. Mattresses were so good.

I was a bit big for the shower and the stairs were somewhat difficult but you cannot stay in Amalfi without accepting the stairs which prove to be a special and memorable feature.

Lots of steps but the staff was super helpfull and carried our luggage up all the stairs. We stayed here during winter so lot of places was closed.

The location is good, right in the town center, and it's about a few minutes' walk from the train station/port. Although the stairs are a bit steep, the staff are very kind and help with carrying luggage.

The kettle in the room can only be plugged into the socket in the bathroom, which is not very convenient. And the shower space is small, it's already hard to turn around for a meddle size girl.

The accommodation is very clean, close to the center of Amalfi, 2 sets of pillows, extra blanket if needed, enough storage space, towels, air drier, shower gel, soap- everything you need is there! But, the most important thing: the hosts are extremely welcoming. To make it easier to identify the accommodation, you are waited for on the main street and helped to get up with your luggage. Moreover, you receive recommendations regarding restaurants and activities, but also constant support in organizing your free time (bus timetables, ferries, etc.). I really recommend Rezidenza Ester with confidence!

Great location. Central. There are some stairs but these are expected in Amalfi. Lovely to be met by the port and taken to our accommodation. The host also carried one of our bags and organised a local luggage company to take the the other two for us. The communication was great right from the start.

Perhaps some pantry staples like oil, salt, pepper etc for cooking.

Andrew was reliable, super helpful with suggestions for restaurants etc and advice on The Walk Of The Gods. Excellent communication ! Great location
