the operators were really nice and helped us with our luggages upon our arrival and leave as there were many stairs. Also sent us a lot of useful information for nearby restaurants recommendations and transportation information

a little tired walking up the stairs but you don’t have to lift the luggage on your own

Not too many stairs to get to the accommodation which was a plus for amalfi coast. Easy to access the main street. Very nice window features inside the Orione

Very nice concierge and owners very helpful, walk you to and from the place.

Not worth the cost. Very poor stay. Poor facilities. Cardboard furniture. Pictures are much nicer than the reality.

The staff worked hard to satisfy our every need. The property was a hidden gem in the midst of the town of Amalfi being over run by tourists.

Nothing

Called - many times, no answer Rang doorbell no answer Information was only on whats app. Most Tourists have no internet until they get inside their room! Waited 1.75 hours to reach host. Next door airbnb helped me for 1 hour to contact host. They were very kind to a desperate and exhausted traveler. I spoke finally with Host and she Did Not offer apology as a explained how long and i tried to go room! Requesting a full refund due to 1.75 hours wait. Being alone and exhausted from travel with noone available, very stressfull. Tried to pay next door innkeeper money for Her assistance, she kindly refused.

Excellent location just a short distance from Amalfi's downtown square. The staff are kind and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs
