The room was beautiful, spacious, modern and cosy. And the walls in nice green color! Kitchen was shared and well equipped. Very comfortable bed and pillows. We had a room number 1 facing to the park but also to the street. A little noisy outside during the night. Easy check-in and check-out thanks to navigation from the owner. 1-2 mins walk to caffetteria for a nice breakfast. Bologna city center and everything is reachable in walking distance. Lidl supermarket is on the other side of the bridge. The communication with the owner was perfect. I can only recommend this place :-)

Everything was perfect

Room was very clean and very well equipped, the owner was very responsive (there was an small issue with the doorlock and after a quick call the owner came to resolve an issue in a few minutes, thank you again)

I was working during the day from the room and the wifi was constantly lagging or not working, so at the end I was using the personal hotspot from my phone. The apartment had a kitchen and it was equiped with a cutlery which we used when we brought the takeout meal, however it was not equiped for actual basic cooking. The area was a bit noisy, both during the day and night.

The stay was fantastic! The place was super clean and truly equipped to the highest standard – everything we needed was there, and even more. The host/staff were extremely friendly, and communication was seamless. We felt welcome and well taken care of right from the start. Highly recommended!

Our stay at this property was truly exceptional—it’s the perfect blend of modern ambiance, thoughtful design, and pristine cleanliness. The apartment is ideally located just 50 meters from the bus station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The well-equipped kitchen, with complimentary coffee and tea, made us feel right at home. One standout feature was the possibility of a late check-in, which really added to the convenience of our stay. The owner was extremely kind and always available for any questions or assistance we needed, providing a level of service that rivaled that of a 5-star hotel. Highly recommended!
