Location, and the welness however not included!

We booked B-Welcome Rooms of Charme e Relax specifically because the listing advertised wellness facilities including spa lounge, steam room, open air bath and relax area – with the clear impression that these were included in the stay. However, once we arrived, we were told we could not access any of these unless we paid an extra €70 and made a prior reservation. This was not clearly stated in the listing, and it felt completely misleading. We had no intention of paying such a high extra fee for something that was presented as a key feature of the accommodation. The property may look nice in photos, but the experience was frustrating and overpriced for what we actually received. If we had known the wellness area was off-limits without a significant additional charge, we would have never booked this place. We raised this with Booking.com and only received a small credit, which doesn’t reflect the impact of this false advertising. Guests should be clearly informed of what is included and what is not – this listing failed to do that. If you’re booking this place expecting to enjoy the spa, be warned: it’s not included.
