The property would like to inform you that there is a construction site in close proximity, as well as ongoing building projects throughout the Bingin area. While the property cannot guarantee the noise level during your stay, they would like to ensure transparency. Construction noise typically occurs from 08:00 to approximately 17:00 –19:00, but may occasionally occur outside these hours depending on contractors' schedules. The property is diligent in communicating with the various contractors in the area to try to minimize disruptions. As a gesture, the current villa price has been reduced due to the construction. If you have concerns about potential noise disturbances, please don't hesitate to contact the property's reservations team with any questions before confirming your booking. However, please note that once your stay has commenced, our cancelation policy will apply. Guests must sign the property T&C at check-in. Please note that all guests need to provide a valid ID at check-in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
