Lina Boutique Villas and Spa

Das Personal war unglaublich aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. An dieser Stelle möchte ich mich nochmals ganz herzlich bei ihnen bedanken. Die Villa hatte einen sehr schönen Stil und war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Außerdem war alles vorhanden, was wir gebraucht haben.

Eigentlich war alles wirklich sehr gut, es gab nichts Negatives. Die Villa war sauber und sehr gepflegt – lediglich das Badezimmer hätte vielleicht noch ein kleines bisschen sauberer sein können.

We had an amazing stay at Lina Boutique in Lombok. The staff truly made the experience special; everyone knew my name, was incredibly friendly, and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. After I accidentally left my computer behind, they arranged to bring it back to me, which I was so grateful for. They also helped coordinate snorkeling trips and our taxi to the airport, making everything easy and stress-free. The little touches throughout the stay were wonderful too, like the evening tea and chocolate service. The breakfast was excellent every morning, and the massage was one of the best parts of the trip. Overall, the hospitality here was exceptional and made us feel genuinely cared for. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lombok.

The villas are amazing (we had the one bed with private pool) - just like in the pictures. Location super good to walk around shops and restaurants (10min). The property also offers free scooter rides to nearby locations, which we found very convenient. The Spa is beautifully designed and the treatment (I had the 90min aromatherapy massage) was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back here!

There were couple of minor cleaning issues however the staff was very attentive to solve them.

Property was super clean and staff were super helpful. It is not in the directly center of Kuta but they are offering free motorbike service. Breakfast was delicious and they have many options, they’re even boiled eggs for our baby. They helped us to rent a car and to find surf school. We tried spa in the property it was good as well. We were happy with overall stay.

They should have shuttle service with car as well for the families with kid.
