The location, budget friendliness, general hygiene. The access road was upgraded between my first visit and this one.

It's challenging getting luggages to the second floor apartments. Although they do offer to help with that.

The relaxed ambience within and around the apartment was very good. Its a quiet neighbourhood in Ikeja GRA off Oduduwa crescent. Power supply all through our stay was very good, you rarely noticed the interruption in public power supply. CCTV coverage just to mention a few.

Well, during our stay, an Uber driver couldn't access the property due to flooding of the close so we couldn't go out as soon as we wanted, although this was resolved within an hour or so. I hope the solution applied is made permanent. Many areas in Lagos suffered from the same flooding on that same day due to heavy downpour anyways.

Everything is fine as far as the apartment is concerned,the receptionist (though i don't know her name,the Igbo fair lady was more than wonderful as well as the security man)

I didn't like the situation where apartment of such do not have broom and Parker because if some pieces of biscuits or snacks are on the floor for a longer time it attracts ants and other crawling insects

Clean, great host, value for money , great Wifi, etc

More cushion pillows in the living room’s sofa.
