Midway Guest House

Stayed for the night everything was spotless, amazing breakfast, staff was amazing and friendly! Close to the centre so only walking distance to stuff. Overall all a lovely stay would defiantly come back again.

I randomly booked Midway Guest House as I couldn't find anywhere in Exeter but it was a real gem. I arrived late after dropping my daughter off for her first term at University. It felt like home from home and the best night sleep I've had in ages. The room was very stylish, Richard was charming and even moved his car so I could park outside. I'll definitely come back again and stay longer as Torquay has lots to offer.

Breakfast was excellent but a constructive criticism as a coffee snob is that I'd have preferred proper coffee rather than out of a machine. Not a biggie and plenty of artisan coffee shops at the harbor but that would most definitely have been the cherry on the cake.

It was my partner that stayed in The Midway Guest house and said it was very good. I asked him if he would stay again and he said he would. So here's to the next booking.

Extremely polite and helpful staff. Everything went smoothly and was as expected. Extremely good value for money and in a very convenient location. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.
