It's a beautiful period building with High ceilings and large windows. Central heating is easy to control and lighting was good.

The rooms were very clean and pleasant and Richard was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. We were also very glad for the parking space as it is very difficult in this part of town

The radiators relays were a bit noisy so woke me up a few times during the night

Working in area for business so thought I’d try something closer to the town due to evening plans. Welcomed on arrival (needed to phone number on door due to small team running the place) and showed to room (top floor…not ideal if you can’t handle stairs!). Room good size, plenty of home comforts and most importantly good bed and shower! Overall a solid experience and will be back I’m sure when in area.

Our room was spacious and very clean, and possible the most comfortable bed I have slept in for years in hotel and guest accommodation! Our hosts were friendly and helpful - only one niggle the radiator heating in the room came on and was tapping which woke me a couple of times until I turned it down (might want to get that looked at) but otherwise a lovely hot shower and an real bargain for the price !!

The most comfortable bed ever! We stayed in the top floor room at the front of the house
