Clean, comfortable bed, good showers. Liked the efficiency of the checking in and out process.

Close to the train station and beach

- Extremely tiny room. There was barely any space to walk in the room. - they claimed there was a kitchen in the commune area. But the kitchen area didn't even have a cup or kettle to make a tea. It is just a table with barely anything making it feel like a kitchen or breakfast table.. - the bathroom shower controls were the worst I have ever seen. The control was so hard and painful to use. The basin was tiny and with a wall hung basket right above it. How can you wash up with that? Absolutely rubbish design. - the bed mattress was very uncomfortable. It was not the morden pocket spring or memory foam type, but made of some cheap sponge. You don't get the sufficient support when lying on it. - the room was uncomfortably hot probably because there was a circulation problem. - I don't usually leave comments for mediocre places but this one is clearly below the bar.

Security and communication was excellent. Suite 7, top floor meet all our needs for the one night.

Great location. Spotless clean ten outta ten for location.

Close to the train station and seafront . Liked the solid pine furniture and the fact there’s lots of information signage around about what you can /can’t do whilst staying there .

The room was smaller than expected and all the doors are fire doors so be careful with young children and their fingers as these doors are really heavy to hold open .
