Ein großes und modern eingerichtetes Zimmer mitten im Zentrum. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Heizung funktioniert sehr gut. Das Zimmer 29 liegt auf der unteren Ebene. Dadurch gibt es zwei kleine Fenster, die elektrisch geöffnet und geschlossen werden. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp ist schnell und unproblematisch und freundlich. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen.

C'era una volta è una struttura situata in una zona centrale di Assisi. Quindi molto comoda per visitare la città a piedi. Questa è una cosa che ho apprezzato.

La cosa che non mi è piaciuto è stata l'accoglienza della proprietaria, praticamente inesistente. Mi ha sempre risposto per telefono. Ieri mattina prima di partire le ho mandato un messaggio per avvisarla che stavamo lasciando la struttura ma non ho avuto nessun riscontro. Evidentemente non ha avuto il piacere di .........

Camera pulita, ordinata e curata nei dettagli. Nulla da dire: siamo rimaste molto soddisfatte. Posizione comoda.

I liked that the property was kind of close to the bus station. That’s basically it. And even then it was a good 10 minute walk UP and DOWN hills.

I did not like that the property (Deluxe Triple) was represented incorrectly in the images on Booking.com — it is very misleading that it shows a large two-story stay while in reality it was a single room that was quite cramped. I brought this up to the landlord and the landlord became very aggressive. I sent screen recordings and screenshots and he stated that he didn’t care because booking.com said there is no issue on the hosts side. I find that hard to believe. I also found an ant inside the apartment which I will add a video of.
