Hair dryer was so difficult to use, I just didn't use it. The cord is to short and to tight and fixed to the wall. Otherwise, a fabulous room! Would stay again!

Amazing hotel, recent conversion and reno from a workshop. Room 513 is the large room with small terrace and loft for the bed, full kitchen, full bathroom with rain shower. Price was very good if compared to a hotel in a big city but this was much nicer and keeps the charm of assisi. Room and facility is modern, has air conditioning, dishwasher etc. Close to bus aslt piaza matteoti Would stay here again!

It was a unique property in a very central location. Great bed and bathroom. I missed not having a separate breakfast room where we could have coffee and a pastry. Our window also backed onto a walkway and while they did a nice job making it private, it was quite noisy that weekend during the springfest. Not soundproof.

Wonderful room in a perfect location, so incredibly fresh and clean, felt like we were the first guests! And the bed was by far the best we have slept in during our 2 months in Italy!
