Very friendly place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ladies were incredibly polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is absolutely perfect, right next to the beautiful Sassi di Matera, making it easy to explore everything on foot. We enjoyed walking around the area and discovering the charm of Matera without needing any transportation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in an excellent location!

lovely small apartment room. Well equipped. great. Helpful staff. Good location

One thing only- air conditioning wasn’t working properly during our stay. not an issue in the day, but difficult to cool at night and to sleep comfortably

Excelente ubicación a 100 metros del centro histórico, muy buenas recomendaciones de parking e impecable atención, en particular de Antonio que es un excelente anfitrión. La habitación es bellisisma y cómoda, el desayuno excelente.

Solo un detalle con la ventilación. No pudimos hacer que el aire funcionara adecuadamente y como la habitación que nos tocó solo tenía una ventana pequeña, la encontré un poco sofocante. Seguramente sea un desperfecto técnico que ya tendrán resuelto.
