The location was excellent, both for travelling to attractions in the area and for being in the centre of the town for eating out in the evening. The comfort and cleanliness of the room could not be faulted, had a really good shower with plentiful hot water. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice with all of the hot options freshly cooked to order. Although this is a pub with rooms and our room was above the bar we never had an issue with any undue noise. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area. Definitely 5 star for the price paid.
