Nice clean room and a good breakfast

The staff were all friendly and kind. The bed was so good. The view was not only of the sea but looked out over an expanse of grass with rabbits frollicking and boats gently swaying in the wind. The location was superb. Right in the heart of the the town. The breakfast did what breakfasts are meant to - set you up for the day.

There was a glitch with the TV - but this was rectified as soon as I brought it to the attention of Sharon and her daughters.

Bathroom was lovely and clean and new. The ceiling fan was welcome as were the shutters on the window. The room was well insulated from the pub downstairs and the breakfast was smashing. The place is right on the high street so close to all local amenities.

They did their best to accommodate bikes in the yard although there was no cover, so we were lucky it didn't rain overnight. The bed was a little soft.

Great location, fabulous breakfast & the staff were so friendly & welcoming if you needed anything they were there to help. Wish we had stayed longer

Staff friendly and helpful. Room small and plain but comfortable and well equipped. Excellent shower. Bed clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent.

No private parking; parking on street subject to council parking control. Nearest proper carpark is about 300 metres away and not supervised. Entrance to hotel accomodation requires un-locking and re-locking double doors. Bedrooms are on first floor up a narrow stairway.

Lovely accommodation with great staff and a great base for the surrounding area.
