The services we got was extremely bad starting from the lack of convenient parking space and the nonchalant attitude of the staffs. For me, the executive room was too expensive to be sold for 80k considering the interior design, the room and the toilet space. We had to call multiple times to get a tower and toiletry which eventually came after several hours. Imagine the front desk stating boldly that there is no internet for an 80k room and the complimentary food is only for 1 person. I really feel dissatisfied.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 247 Luxury Hotel, and it was truly a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. Every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to my room, was spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. The location is unbeatable—everything I needed was either a short walk or a quick ride away, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure. What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional level of service. The staff was accommodating and understanding, always going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. A special shoutout to one of the supervisor who handled any concerns I had with professionalism and genuine care. She made sure that my stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Overall, 247 Luxury Hotel exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, conveniently located hotel with outstanding service, I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely be back!

Nothing really for the price I paid

The staff was amazing and accommodating they made sure that I was ok. The restaurant at the hotel however was out of alot of ingredients and made me wait some times. But I would stay at hotel again we forgot something and they contacted us immediately
