Rich Bridge Hotel

The hotel is very nice👌. My suite was complementary upgrade to a larger suite. Room service was very good.👍 Staff is nice & friendly. About 30 minutes from airport, which is actually very good distance. Not too much traffic to and from airport. Overall very nice. Would recommend!👌

You get what you pay for. Place was dirty and not properly kept, toilet seat was broken off, there where dirty stain on the sofa, ants everywhere. The internet was absolutely terrible.

It is exceptional.

There were certain challenges, but the property manager was quite helpful in addressing my issues. The whole staff is very courteous and made my stay great. The management needs to perform some renovations to make the propery excellent for guests. I will surely return to this property.

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood and has very professional manager. Service delivery is exceptional and staff is friendly and competent.

No functioning wifi. Refused to refund my money when I had to leave the hotel about an hour after check in, as there was no wifi for my meeting. They kept the entire amount. They were dishonest about the wifi because when I checked in I tild them that I was only checking in to use the wifi for my meeting and they said they had great wifi. While I was there another customer was irate and also left upset.
