The staff were very friendly, very helpful and eager to assist

The sheets were no longer white, the room didn't appear like it had been cleaned since the last user, there were even soap scuds on the bathroom walls. Also, the floor towel looked more like unwashed window rags. Overall, I was so uncomfortable with the whole place, I checked out barely two hours after I checked in.

The location is excellent…

.they need step up their routine cleaning. Going beyond the Norma cleaning. Curb webs visible and the windows dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for awhile

Good Sized Rooms. Fair entertainment options. Quiet Rooms. Cozy Neighbourhood. Safe Environment, with easy access to most places around Central Lagos. Good Receptionist.

Parking is on a straight line parking garage or on the street - so imagine if you are parked in and 3 cars have to move before you leave the premises or vice versa. Cleaning Staff/Housekeeping were a total mess - torn bedsheets and towels placed in room after cleaning sometimes. Broken/cracked dishware like plates and trays. Facility reverts to Inverter when public electricity is off, so certain essential services also disappear. No security door stopper/lock from within and no "No Disturb/Clean Room" door notice options.

I called the hotel and they said I didn't have a reservation and their rooms were fully booked even though I made a reservation online
