The hotel’s location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions, shopping, and dining, making it ideal for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious, providing ample room to relax, and the artwork throughout the hotel is beautiful, adding a refined aesthetic to the space. I’d recommend that the hotel consider sharing the artist’s name, as it’s likely many guests would be interested in supporting such talent. The food was tasty, with reasonably portioned servings, making dining in the hotel pleasant. Cleanliness met an acceptable standard, though it left some room for improvement.

While the staff was polite, I expected a higher level of attentiveness and professionalism, especially for a 4-star property. Attention to detail seemed lacking, with issues such as a persistent leak in the bathroom and a faulty water heater that went unresolved despite complaints. Additionally, I was disappointed by some misleading advertising regarding breakfast; only one breakfast was provided in a double room, even though it was marketed as "breakfast included." On top of that, serving the same breakfast menu for four consecutive days felt monotonous. The lounge was overly dark, which created a cozy vibe at night but felt gloomy during the day when natural light would have been welcome. Finally, housekeeping needs to pay closer attention to linens—stained bedsheets, even if clean, do not belong in a 4-star hotel, as they detract significantly from a guest’s comfort and confidence in the service.
