Roslyn House

After a small hiccup with our room we were moved to another room and could not fault anything. The room (room 1), was large, beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was the perfect temperature (autumn weather in Scotland). The continental breakfast was also excellent, the coffee pods were very easy to use and made the room smell amazing. The bottle of fizz was a lovely surprise too. We would definitely go back again :-)

We loved the bar with the honesty box! Plus the filled fridge in our room, with breakfast items. We also loved the digital entry. Everything was smooth and easy. We were so pleased when we arrived that it was so nice!

Very clean nice room. Well equipped breakfast in mini-fridge. Quiet. Not right on the waterfront so parking was easy. Excellent communication about entry.

This was a beautiful and welcoming property. Everything from the breakfast hamper to the bedding, towels, and other amenities were excellent. It's in a great location, with the view and decor really outstanding. I'll be back!

Being able to hear the next rooms. Our code didn't work and the attitude of the manager was unhelpful...said we were doing it wrong...until it didn't work for her! She then gave us the master code which was unbelievable as she has no proof we were actually staying there.
