It was clean and modern

No where does it mention that other people can book the spare rooms, so when it refers to shared bathroom and shared kitchen you will be sharing with other members eg strangers. It would be more beneficial if each room had a bathroom as 4 rooms with 1 bathroom and potentially 2 guests per room means you will be waiting for sometime. Also people will leave their products in the bathroom and dishes in the sink.

"Best stay and good value for money"

Cosy, neat, clean and well maintained property. Very good instructions provided by the host to get into the property.

The guests next door were a bit noisy and loud after the bed time.
