"Over-charged "

I made a reservation and paid in dollars. When I got to the hotel, they didn’t not find my details. It took about 20 minutes before they could find my booking information. I went out with my friend for dinner and returned to see that the hotel staff were looking for me. I was then told that they mistakenly billed me over N621,000 instead of N63,000 (Nigerian currency) (nearly 400 dollars). They now asked me to send them an email for a refund, I insisted it should be them sending me an apology email. They are saying it will take about 5 working days to get the money back. They have ruined holiday.
