Sa Suites

SA Suites is nestled in Trapuzzi amongst the greenery of trees and plantation as if you are on a magical forest but in fact you are just 20 mins from the centre of Lecce. After many many stays in Puglia, I can say SA Suites has been by far my most relaxing and memorable. The hosts, Nick and Anja have done a marvellous job at restoring this glorious villa. you will find a superb tennis court as well as a beautiful pool where the sound of the birds and the breeze keep you company.

We were warmly greeted on arrival by Nick and Anya, to their beautiful property, lovingly restored to an exceptional standard. Anya is an amazing cook and we had fantastic food for dinner, accompanied by some wonderful Puglian rose suggested by Nick. We had a super time and would highly recommend SA Suites.

It’s hard to say what I liked most ! If I had to pin it down I would say the interior design and the attention to detail.

I couldn’t find a single fault and I consider myself to be a very fussy person with high standards. I genuinely can’t think of one thing I didn’t like.

Everything was impeccable. Spacious rooms, wonderful breakfast, quite and smelling nature on a big, private estate. The best bed ever; if you are looking for a place to completely relax outside of the touristic buzz, this is the place for you. Anja and Nick are wonderful hosts who really take care of you.

Ana and Nick are beautiful generous loving people who receive their guests with elegance. They are attentive and helpful. The property is an honor to Puglian history. They revived and modernized a once noble domain giving new life and contributing to the local economy. Everything is a joy.

Staying at SA Suites was such an amazing experience. The hosts were/are just amazing. They were kind, funny, attentive and easy to communicate with before and during my stay. In addition providing delicious fresh meals, the hosts also provided bikes for local outings to the beach and access to the local gym, so if you want to relax or be active, there is an opportunity to do both. Their house is spectacularly designed and is located in the quiet countryside, which creates immediate peace and relaxation. Between the quiet and the comfortable bed, there were a number of days where slept so well, I couldn’t get out of bed. If you’re looking for amazing place to stay, choose SA Suites. You won’t regret it.

At first I was reluctant to book a room, as I could not read any reviews and besides the pictures where to good to be true. So happy I booked it anyway as the reality is even better We booked a room at SA Suites for 3 nights and we loved every minute of our stay. The house is tastefully decorated with an eye for detail The rooms as well the beds are very comfortable and leaves a sense of pure luxury. The place is a perfect location if you want to visit Lecce as well both coastal areas. We visited the Mediterranean coast within one hour and the Adriatic coast within a 20 minute drive. It is a very relaxing place where you can unwind and enjoy the stunning views from the terasses around the house while you can enjoy a good cocktail, play tennis and have a swim at the pool area Every spot is so beautiful ! Anja and Nick do everything to make you feel comfortable. Our last night Anja prepared a dinner which is overachieving many Italian dishes accompanied by extraordinary wines from the region ! In short we had a lovely time and recommend it to everyone We will certainly come back!
