Funcionários extremamente atenciosos, localização conveniente para se locomover em Palermo a pé e quarto espaçoso e iluminado.

O quarto e o banheiro tinham um cheiro terrível na maior parte do tempo, o tapete do banheiro estava sujo com cabelos ou pelos masculinos e muito barulho vindo da rua (especialmente de comerciantes que ligam caixa de som no último volume).

"Loved our stay in Palermo"

This was a 10+ property and service. We came at 11 am and our room was ready. Paolo took his time to explain everything and via What’s app I could ask questions and they were answered within minutes. I can wholeheartedly recommend this stay. Even the elevator was fun to use

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist super und man ist direkt im Zentrum. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat extra Laktosefreie Milch für mich zum Frühstück besorgt. Sehr Aufmerksam und sehr bemüht.
