Struttura nuova, bella e comoda in centro.

The location of the property is excellent. Walkable distance to Central Station which can also be reached by bus or metro. The stop for the airport bus is also close. The condition of the room was also great - clean and functional The area around the property isn’t the most welcoming, that’s the only con.

This was absolutely the worse place ever! Horroble customer service! We didn't even stay an hour. It was unsafe. They give you a code to enter the building that doesn't work. You can park after 3 or 4, but have to move your car before 6 am so if doesn't get towed. We needed assistance to enter the building and the host refused to help and said we should just leave!

Everything! It is in a very unsafe area. You cannot park there and if you do, it os after 3 or 4 and must leave/move the car before 6 am! The host refused to help us with entering the building and some random people let us in, but if we had stayed, we wouldn't have been able to reenter. The host was extremely rude. We left in less than an hour.

Property was very good, clean, well equipped, close walking distance to centre and sightseeing. Building was on a street that had daily flea market so was crowded when you come out of main building doors and quite dirty and dilapidated

Easy self check-in. Very close to a nice pedestrian street with great restaurants. Good for a one night stay in Catania. Walking distance to train station (under 20 minutes).

Location felt a bit unsafe and grungy. No staff around should you need anything. A bunch of debris fell from the AC unit once we turned it on, made it seem like no one had stayed there in a long time...
