The location was excellent, near public transport and in the middle of town. The room was clean, the staff were kind and helpful and the cleaning service was good. Extra points for the water bottles that were in the fridge everyday. The room had everything you need.

The location was very central but still quiet, and the facilities were brand new. The bed was comfortable. It was perfect.

Nothing really. It is more like rooms in an apartment building rather than a hotel, but the staff came by each day to tidy up or were reachable if needed.

Very relaxed check-in. Room was spotless clean. Everything in the room meets high standards (luxury feeling). The location was perfect, right in the center of Desenzano, but at the back of the building, so no noise at all. Highly recommended.
