Serafino, persona davvero squisita, gentile e premurosa, ti fa sentire a casa tua!! Struttura davvero accogliente, pulizia al top e ottima colazione. Comoda la cucina ad uso comune, con tutte le dotazioni a disposizione. Consigliato.

Everything was perfect

Walking distance to piazza Umberto maybe 5 minutes, entire staff was friendly, the breakfast was great.Had washing dryer facilities, which is a big plus.

Exceptionally clean and owners Merriam and Serafino were welcoming and informative of the area. Everything was new and comfortable! Local resturant recommendation by them was great cooking and very inexpensive. I would return in an instant. Cost was very low by American standards!

That I wasn’t staying longer. Exceptional in all categories!

Before arrival I was in dialogue with the owner because I was in doubt about payment. The owner was very helpful. When we arrived to the house we were greeted in the door by the owner. She showed us the house and its facilities and also mentioned nearby sights to see. Again very helpful and professional. The house is of a very high standard and kept clean and tidy. Breakfast is normally served from 8, but we had to leave early for work - no problem said the owner, when do you need to leave? 7.30-08.00 - no problem we will make sure breakfast is ready from 07.00. Furthermore, the breakfast was very good - warm croissants, cereal, cake, juice, jam, Nutella - basically all one needs to have a great start to the day. Checking out was also easy and payment with card is no problem. To sum it all up - Great place with great owners. It's definitely worth visiting if you are in that area.

Beautiful location, wonderful hosts, delicious cappucino in the morning. It's an easy walk into town, or just down the road to a nice family restaurant. The view from the room is spectacular (photo attached).
